United We Stand, Divided We Fail
The united states is a great republic democracy and where do our elected officials stand after being sworn in to uphold the laws of the constitution? Today judges of our courts are dismissing rightful claims under the freedom of information act. Recently a southern N.Y. court judge dismissed a claim filed by a media group requesting to release facts about the federal reserve
corp. and the our money that was lent out in these bailouts. But yet our congress and senators are also sworn in to uphold our constitution and the meaning of the articles of the laws within and yet, our politicians have not come in full circle in enforcing and obeying the law of art.#1 sec.#8 of the 1st. amendment that is written and states Congress shall have the right to create and coin the value of the currency of the U.S. thereof. To issue and distribute through the mint and treasury. To add to this is the coinage act of 1792. which established the mint building in Pennsylvania (ref. into) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coinage_Act_of_1792 and the 1st. amendment http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Article_One_of_the_United_States_Constitution art.#1 sec.#8 need to be attended and educate the people. The congress and the senate have two bills in process h.r.1207 congress and S.604 senate with great support and our officials have to go full hearted and competent to audit the federal reserve corp. act. of 1913 and uphold Our constitution and begin to create Our U.S. currency without debt , interest and taxation. Dec. 22, 1913 the federal reserve act was passed through congress with the support of election of President Woodrow Wilson and congress was not in full session many were on Christmas vacation. Noted by Woodrow Wilson before his death he wrote a letter stating “he was the world’s most miserable man because he sold this free country’s financial system to a group of bank financiers.”
